We felt completely at home. Our room and the guest dining room/lounge were very comfortable and cosy. Flexibility on breakfast times were also helpful.

Position near our friends and a short drive to the
venue for our friends Birthday lunch. Close to
interesting places such as Lavenham and other areas.
Dislikes:
Perhaps need a little more light in bedroom.

The village includes a pharmacy and is near to Sudbury if shopping is required. The area is rural but amidst well marked two lane roads. There is off road parking and even a stocked umbrella stand available to guests. Read less

The warm decor and friendly service present a comfortable home away from home feeling. Satellite tv, broadband, a large closet, in room tea/coffee brewer plus a welcome gift of a bottle of beer. Wow.
Dislikes:
There is only one criticism, the shower in my room was too small.

It is a beautiful guest house in a lovely village, the owners were very friendly and helpful, the guests almost felt part of the family.
Dislikes:
It is on a main road, traffic noise could be a problem for some. I always travel with ear plugs so it wasn't a problem for me.

Good central position and pretty surroundings. Proprietress could not have been more helpful in suggesting useful areas to explore. Particularly liked jelly beans and other treats by bed!

Unfortunately I was ill during the night (nothing to do with b&b), so didn't want breakfast next morning. There is a clock which chimes every 1/4 hr which disturbed me during the night (no doubt made worse by the fact that I was ill so didn't sleep well).

It was a really lovely two night stay in a friendly family b&b. As soon as we arrived we were given a fresh cup of tea and piece of cake, and they couldn't do enough to help us - even checking the weather forecast for the wedding we were going to the next day! I highly recommend the hearty English breakfast, which used local ingredients, and the homemade jam was delicious! The bedroom was really comfy and cosy, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Read less
